COD FRITTERS BEANS

Ingredients
cod desalted and shredded, Garlic and parsley
,
Salt, Pepper
,
1 egg, flour
(which supports the mass),
Unless Royal (depending on the amount of flour 1 / 2 or 1 on integer )
Milk (which supports the mass),
sunflower oil for frying,
Preparation
will put all ingredients in a bowl (except flour and milk) to remove everything is well mixed, now and slowly add the flour until a thick paste that remains, then gradually stir the milk until we left but a fine paste body (with a texture that could work with two spoons to make the donuts ).... let stand about an hour.
will put a frying pan with sunflower oil, when hot with tea spoons (soaked in oil) will the fen fritters, fried once, let drain on a rack. Bon appetit
