Isopure Protein Bloody Nose

CALÇOTS battered with tempura rolls



Ingredients
Calçots (already cooked and will net)
tempura flour
cold water Salt


Pepper Sauce calçot
olive oil for frying calçots



Preparation Prepare the tempura, ... put the flour in a bowl and slowly add the water while stir, now that we take a light texture and set aside in the fridge for a while, So now it was very cold
