Ingredients
360 grams water 100 grams of

Preparing the Thermomix
Sift the flour + gluten and book

Remove the glass and let stand covered in warm place for 1 hour, passed, take the dough and weigh, calculate the weight for the portions you want (I usually do 12 units), forming small rolls and put on a floured baking tray or in molds (they better) cut above the tip of scissors, paint with a little water, then put the school-LIDES, cover again and let stand in warm place 1 hour.
Bake at C. 200 between 15/20 minutes (depending on the size of muffins and baked)
* If you want to keep the crust crunchy and will make a bowl of water to steam it and put some ice cubes at the same time to bake the muffins.
